Shipping Policy
Online products strive to provide customers with the best, most reliable shipping carriers that work for your address. UPS Ground is the usual way we ship which takes an average of 7-14 days depending on your address. Otherwise, please choose the option listed at checkout that best accommodates you needs.
If you would like us to ship our leather care products outside of the US, please contact us for shipping quote.

Return/Refund Policy
Buyer is responsible to refuse defective or damaged boxes upon delivery.
If merchandise is defective upon receipt please contact us immediately. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of the order. For your protection returns need to be shipped with tracking information.
Exchanges or returned products (non-defective) are subject to a 35% restocking fee, they must be returned within 7 days, and they must be returned unused in their original packaging. All exchanges or returns must be authorized by Online Products. Shipping will not be refunded. No returns on any opened product that has been used.
